Project Execution Process
A disciplined path from inquiry to execution
Every qualified project moves through the same six stages: Project Inquiry, Technical Assessment, Mutual NDA, Buyer Qualification, Commercial Proposal, and Contract & Delivery.
01
Project Inquiry
Request a Proposal is the primary starting point. It allows NYTS to qualify the project and determine whether suitable equipment or delivery solutions may exist. This avoids wasting time and protects confidential seller and equipment information.
- Required capacity
- Frequency: 50 Hz or 60 Hz
- Fuel type
- Project location
- Commercial operation date
- Application
- Equipment condition preference
- Delivery model: equipment only, engineered package or turnkey
- Budget range
- Proof-of-Funds readiness
02
Technical Assessment
NYTS reviews the request and determines whether suitable opportunities may be available. If there is a potential match, the client proceeds to the Mutual NDA stage.
03
Mutual NDA
Before confidential information is released, clients must execute NYTS’s standard Non-Disclosure Agreement. Confidential information may include equipment identity, seller information, pricing, location, serial numbers, technical files, inspection arrangements and commercial terms.
04
Buyer Qualification
For qualified opportunities, NYTS works with clients to confirm financial readiness and establish project feasibility. Where helpful, our team draws on its partners’ project finance and investor network experience to align funding with the right opportunity before advancing to detailed commercial discussions, inspections, seller introductions and transaction documentation.
05
Commercial Proposal
Qualified clients may receive equipment options, technical specifications, pricing guidance, delivery schedule, equipment location, inspection process and commercial next steps.
06
Contract & Delivery
NYTS supports commercial negotiations, due diligence coordination, documentation, logistics planning and transaction execution, depending on the selected engagement model.
